We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our team at April Faith Recruitment Ltd. As a Probate Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a variety of wills, trusts, and probate matters, providing comprehensive legal services with a client-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning needs, provide tailored advice on wills, trusts, and tax implications, and guide them through the probate process.
- Document Preparation: Draft wills, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and manage probate applications and estate administration.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth process and ensure client satisfaction.
- Knowledge and Best Practices: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in the field of Wills and Probate Law.
- Client Care: Provide outstanding client care throughout every matter, ensuring that clients are informed on progress and costs.
Requirements:
- A qualified Solicitor with 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in Wills and Probate Law.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to client consultations.
