About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including coordinating activities, managing contractors, and completing health and safety checks.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the effective management of the development, including maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall resident experience, including organizing events and activities that promote social interaction and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, including responding to resident inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retirement living or social housing setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the development.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
