About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join a leading retail destination as a Soft Services Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or Assistant Manager level, with strong attention to detail and ability to lead and develop teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of passionate and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement processes to maintain high standards of security and cleaning services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.
