Job Description

As the Operations Support Manager at Foundation Recruitment, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the shopping centre. Your focus will be on enhancing operational performance, health and safety, environmental sustainability, and the overall customer and guest experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering the Digital Permit to Work and Visitor Management System, conducting weekly Health and Safety inspections, and reviewing and managing reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Communicating company information and initiatives to employees, leading and directing on-site security and cleaning operatives, and participating in the Centre's induction and training programs.
  • Ensuring the site's safety, security, and cleanliness, overseeing security teams and emergency systems, and managing recycling operations and improving processes.

The salary for this role is up to £37,000, including a wide range of perks and benefits.
