About the Role

Cygnet is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support.

  • Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and observations to inform care planning.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and improve services.
  • Attend training and engage in continuing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
