Company Overview:
CSR (NI) LIMITED is a prominent player in the civil engineering sector, seeking to enhance our team with a skilled Lead Estimator.

Role Overview:
The Lead Estimator will take charge of the Pre-Construction Estimating process, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders. This role is pivotal in managing all financial and estimating components of various projects from their inception.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the estimating function for Design & Build projects, identifying contractor design elements and engaging with designers effectively.
  • Collaborate with the broader tender team to provide insights on quality and technical matters, ensuring a successful submission.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in a similar capacity, particularly in estimating for civil engineering initiatives.
Compensation:
Competitive salary package up to £70K+, inclusive of pension, healthcare, and life assurance benefits.
