Job Summary

Lorien is seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical components of our client's service, providing technical expertise and understanding to address any problems related to performance and capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical knowledge and support to clients to ensure their technical needs are met.
  • Develop and own clients' technical roadmaps to ensure alignment with their business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within existing client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Act as a technical liaison between clients, service engineering teams, and support teams.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of public and private cloud, as well as VMware technologies and Windows environments.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
  • Proven customer-facing experience.
  • Previous experience working in a managed services provider (MSP) environment is highly desirable.
