Senior Audit Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing an audit-focused portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
  2. Overseeing the preparation of financial statements under FRS102 and IFRS, maintaining a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  3. Attending and contributing to client meetings, building strong relationships and providing expert advice.
  4. Completing audits with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines and delivering results-driven outcomes.
  5. Developing and managing upcoming audit talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  6. Managing the financial aspects of the portfolio, including WIP, billing, and debt management.
  7. Contributing to business development, maintaining key contacts and fostering new relationships to drive growth.
  8. Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

The ideal candidate will be ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent, with a minimum of five years' experience in an accountancy practice. They will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong client and team relationships, and strong organisational skills to effectively prioritise high volumes of work. In return, we offer a competitive base salary and 33 days annual leave entitlement, including bank holidays.
