Deputy Service Manager (Cleaning)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our team as a Deputy Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of cleaners, ensuring students have a clean, safe, and hygienic home away from home.

The Deputy Service Manager will be the first point of contact for their team on a day-to-day basis, carrying out daily check-ins, recruiting, onboarding, and training cleaning colleagues. They will also be responsible for stock ordering, conducting regular audits, and handling customer complaints.

During the summer, the Deputy Service Manager will manage the deep cleans as well as turnaround cleans. They will work directly with the Service Manager for the site.
