Deputy Contract Manager (Cleaning) Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Contract Manager (Cleaning) to join our team at Nviro. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning services for our clients, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of cleaners, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve cleaning services and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a cleaning or facilities management role, with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve cleaning services.
