Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Perform tasks such as trimming, slicing, and dicing of products, as well as tray/packaging and quality control.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to quality and hygiene standards.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the achievement of productivity and quality standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the production team.
Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
