About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and methodical Programme Coordinator to join our Leadership and Organisational Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our programmes and courses, working closely with Programme Directors to manage logistics, communicate with participants and clients, and create programme materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the logistics of multiple programmes and courses, including venue booking, travel and accommodation arrangements, and event management.
  • Communicate effectively with programme participants and clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with Programme Directors to design and deliver programme content, ensuring high-quality delivery and evaluation.
  • Monitor and manage programme budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide technical support for online programmes, using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other online platforms.
