About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our close-knit design team at MacStaff. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in designing mechanical building services systems for a variety of sectors, including healthcare, commercial, industrial, education, hotels, leisure, manufacturing, and retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing projects up to the value of £10M
  • Working within a collaborative design team
  • Designing all mechanical aspects of projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and pipework
  • Working on highly respected projects across multiple sectors
  • Utilizing the latest design packages and technology to ensure constant development
Requirements

To be successful as a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will have experience working within the building services sector as a mechanical design engineer, mechanical engineer, or mechanical building services design engineer, with either a consultancy or contracting background.

We would also like to hear from individuals with a working knowledge of programs such as CAD and Revit.

Additionally, if you hold any of the following qualifications, we would be keen to speak with you: HND and/or degree in electrical/building services engineering, CIBSE membership.
