Key Responsibilities:

As a Retail Store Manager at Vodafone, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of sales experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth through effective team leadership, coaching, and mentoring.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective team management and coaching
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with other store managers and the regional team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales experts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
