Sales and Operations Expert

Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Store Manager at Vodafone, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of sales experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth through effective team leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective team management and coaching
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with other store managers and the regional team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales experts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
