Human Resources Consultant

As a Human Resources Consultant, you will be instrumental in facilitating the effective functioning of the HR department while offering guidance to management and the broader organization.

As a Human Resources Consultant, your duties will include:
- Assisting management with daily HR operations
- Supporting recruitment initiatives and coordinating onboarding processes for new employees
- Managing attendance, punctuality, and performance evaluations
- Facilitating disciplinary, capability, and grievance procedures
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing adaptable administrative support
- Overseeing monthly payroll and administering the company pension plan
The ideal candidate will possess:
- General HR experience with a foundational understanding of employment legislation (CIPS preferred)
- Proven experience with payroll systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (SAGE 50 is a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
- A logical mindset, effective time management, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
