Position Overview

Hunter Dunning Limited is seeking to expand its team with skilled Architectural Assistants who have a strong background in conservation projects. This role offers an excellent work-life balance along with opportunities for career advancement and recognition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in bespoke, high-end conservation and heritage projects across various locations.
  • Work on a diverse range of projects, including historical buildings, estates, and grade-listed properties.
  • Conduct client interactions, including site visits and surveys.
  • Perform thorough project research and report progress to Project Architects.
  • Create high-quality design and technical drawings, focusing on detailed joinery in a traditional style.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant experience in the UK, particularly from stage 4 through to project completion.
  • A passion for classical and traditional architecture.
  • Experience in bespoke detailing on high-end or classical projects.
  • Familiarity with ArchiCAD is advantageous, though training will be provided.
