We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Architectural and Interior Design Visualiser Assistant to join our team for a work experience placement.

**Role Overview**: As an Architectural and Interior Design Visualiser Assistant on a work experience basis, you will play a crucial role in bringing our design visions to life. This position is ideal for someone with a strong passion for design, eager to be involved in all aspects of the design process, from concept development to client presentations. You will collaborate closely with our talented team, including planning consultants and structural engineers, working from our modern offices in Mile End.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating high-quality 3D visualisations and renderings for both residential and commercial projects.
- Participate in design development meetings and contribute creative ideas.
- Support the design team in producing detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations.
- Liaise with planning consultants, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
- Aid in preparing client presentations and design documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm for design and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Pay: £5,000.00-£15,000.00 per hour
