**Admin Assistant - London**
Permanent, full time
**The Opportunity**
**Key Tasks**
- Day to day support for senior member(s) of the team including diary management, travel arrangements and submission of expenses and credit card receipts.
- Providing admin support to the London office including:
- Greeting guests in the office and setting up and clearing meeting rooms,
- Answering phone calls and redirecting accordingly,
- Generating correspondence and managing queries where necessary,
- Managing daily incoming and outgoing post,
- Dealing with post office drop offs and collections,
- Receiving and organising deliveries and office recycling,
- Ordering food and beverages for internal and external meetings,
- Managing and tracking office supplies,
- Data entry support, including the internal CRM database,
- Minute taking in meetings,
- Assisting in formatting documents and collating proposals when required,
- Covering for team members when they are on leave.
**Skills & Experience**
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum, with excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills.
- 0-3 years’ PA, EA or Office Manager experience.
- Due to the fast-paced nature of the work, experience in start-ups would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong IT skills and MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel) are essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, including the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to absorb information quickly and work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Able to work both collaboratively and under their own initiative.
- A team player who is willing to ‘pitch in’ and is naturally helpful, adaptable, and friendly.
- A second language is advantageous but not a pre-requisite (French, Italian, Spanish, German, Arabic)
