Conrad Consulting Ltd, in partnership with a small, privately owned architectural firm, are seeking a skilled Architect to join their team as they continue to expand and grow their business.

This is a small, yet highly ambitious architectural practice that employs approximately 8 members of staff currently. They are looking to further expand and are seeking a professional with a strong background in residential and industrial projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RIBA stages and experience delivering large-scale projects. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise directly with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality architectural designs and projects
  • Work closely with clients and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the company

Requirements

  • ARB Qualification/Registration
  • Approximately 2-5 years post-part 3 qualification experience
  • Well-rounded construction knowledge
  • Experience at all RIBA stages
  • Experience delivering large-scale projects
  • Confidence in liaising directly with clients and contractors
  • AutoCAD skills are essential, REVIT is preferable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, Sketch-up and Photoshop are also a minimum requirement
