About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate office operations, including managing resources, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of office events and meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely communication with attendees.
  • Handle correspondence, including responding to emails, preparing letters, and managing databases.
  • Support the team in the preparation of reports and presentations, including researching data, creating visual aids, and editing content.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and conducive to work, including maintaining a clean and tidy workspace, managing supplies, and ensuring a comfortable working temperature.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed, including providing backup support during peak periods and assisting with special projects.
Requirements
  • An educational background in business administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and under minimal supervision, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
