Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst
Donato Technologies, Inc is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with documenting workflows, user roles, and the functionalities of legacy human resource systems (PeopleSoft HCM). Your collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders will be crucial in developing testing artifacts for quality assurance and user acceptance testing as part of system upgrade initiatives. Furthermore, you will work alongside subject matter experts to gather business requirements and create testing documentation for new features not currently present in the legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document the functionalities of legacy human resource applications utilizing established business analysis methodologies.
- Validate the capabilities of legacy systems in collaboration with technical and business professionals.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with IT and business personnel.
- Create test plans and other necessary artifacts for quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Conduct fit/gap analyses to evaluate legacy and new application functionalities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in a relevant field.
- Proficient in analyzing and documenting business processes or systems with defined deliverables.
Additional Requirements:
- This position requires 100% onsite presence.
- Proven experience in eliciting and analyzing stakeholder business needs and translating them into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to create and maintain software development documentation for effective requirements communication.
- Experience in facilitating requirement workshops and structured reviews to ensure all requirements are addressed.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) is essential.
- Experience in developing test plans and managing system modifications.
- Knowledge of fit/gap analyses to determine the necessity for customization of commercial off-the-shelf products.
- Experience in application integration or data integration projects.
- Submission of a resume is required.
