Global Distribution Sales Director

Job Summary:

Mercury Hampton Ltd is seeking a seasoned Global Distribution Sales Director to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and leadership of sales teams. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a transformational distribution strategy to take our business to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy to expand our global reach and increase revenue.
  • Lead and motivate high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new distribution partners, cultivating strategic relationships and maintaining strong connections with key clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify areas of growth and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Set partner sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through partnerships in the engineering and manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Engineering/manufacturing background with an understanding of the international oil and gas market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
