Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Post-16 Programme Lead to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Post-16 Programme Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effective delivery of our Post-16 Programme for students with Special Education Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities- Programme Leadership: Lead the Post-16 Programme for students with SEN, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training that meets the needs of our students.
- Assessment and Quality Assurance: Be responsible for the assessment and quality assurance of our students' progress, ensuring that they are making sufficient progress against their assigned outcomes and targets.
- Line Management: Line-manage a team of Job Coaches and Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are delivering high-quality education and training to our students.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with parents/carers, external agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure that our students receive the best possible support and guidance.
- Programme Development: Work with our team to develop and implement new programmes and initiatives that meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all aspects of the programme are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and governance requirements.
- Management Experience: Proven experience of managing a team and leading a programme.
- Education Background: A background in education, preferably in a SEN setting.
- SEN Experience: Experience of working with students with SEN, preferably in a Post-16 setting.
- Full-time Availability: Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Full UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
