As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Post-16 Programme for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Job Coaches and Assistants to deliver the Post-16 Programme.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents/carers, and external agencies to ensure the programme meets the needs of all stakeholders.
- Ensure the programme fosters self-confidence, develops social and employability skills, and increases independence for students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery and achieve the programme's objectives.
- Proven management experience in an education setting.
- A background in education, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience in a head of department/year role is desirable.
- Full-time availability and a full UK driving licence are essential.

- You will have flexibility and access to your own diary to book time off or request work.
