Job Title: Associate Commercial Director

CBRE is seeking an experienced Associate Commercial Director to join our team. As a key member of our commercial property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the transition of clients/properties in and out of CBRE management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including site inspections and insurance valuations
  • Prepare and present data for client meetings, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Attend client meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Manage rent demands, credit control, and service charge collections
  • Prepare and review service charge budgets, cash flows, and year-end reconciliations
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and provide proposals to line manager
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Preferably RICS qualified
  • Experienced in people management and commercial property management
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work
