The Haven social media division is undergoing a significant transformation.

As a part of Bourne Leisure, alongside Warner Hotels, Haven is expanding, and social media is a crucial component of our marketing strategy, particularly focusing on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

With high visibility across the organization and a new leadership direction, you will have the creative freedom to develop concepts, immerse yourself in our community, and bring your ideas to fruition.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience as an Account Manager or relevant in-house experience.

Your Responsibilities:

To learn, grow, and become proficient in a vital area of the business by:

  • Overseeing the development and execution of the content calendar, including planning, ideation, and implementation
  • Acting as the Social Media Manager in their absence
  • Identifying and collaborating with appropriate influencers to enhance brand content and campaigns on Instagram and TikTok
  • Partnering closely with the content team to create on-brand content that is engaging and relevant
  • Facilitating cross-channel initiatives
  • Conducting reporting, analysis, and channel administration
  • Engaging in social media responses as needed
