Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop team members to achieve highest standards in replenishment operations
  • Ensure efficient delivery and receipt of inventory
  • Support the implementation of promotional seasonal activities
  • Operate and maintain processes to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
  • Ensure the store is presentable, has full availability, and provides excellent customer service
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance

About You

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with a passion for retail and delivering great service. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to think on their feet
  • A flexible approach and a 'can-do' attitude
