Job Description

What You'll Do...

  • You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.
  • Manage the front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes.
  • Collaborate with our teams to maintain a high level of occupancy and assist the Front Office Manager with overbooking situations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, and offering recommendations for local attractions and amenities.
  • Lead by example, inspiring our receptionists to deliver a memorable and effortless experience for our guests throughout their stay.
  • Maintain a motivated and informed team, keeping them up-to-date on daily activities and goals.

  • Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment, preferably with leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with Catalan and additional languages being highly valued.
  • Experience with Opera PMS is an advantage.
