**Job Summary**
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to address guest feedback and concerns, and strive to maximize room occupancy through effective up-selling techniques.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maximize room occupancy through effective up-selling techniques and promote hotel services and facilities.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
