Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the financial planners and office manager, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and compliant service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new business applications and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare valuation reports and performance documentation for client review appointments.
  • Assist with research and produce comprehensive reports using FE Analytics.
  • Obtain provider information to support advisers with their recommendations.
  • Run risk profiler results and ensure clients are advised of progress throughout the process.
  • Process and monitor switch requests directly with providers or electronically via platform.
  • Prepare half-yearly valuation reports for issue to clients.
  • Provide post-review summary reports to clients.
  • Complete withdrawal instructions on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure client authorization is received and authentication process is followed.

Previous experience in a financial services environment is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
