At IDEX Consulting Ltd, we are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Financial Planners, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, high-quality, and compliant service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Processing: Process new business, including preparing valuation reports and performance documentation for client review appointments.
- Client Communication: Obtain provider information to assist advisers with their recommendations and enable paraplanners to produce comprehensive reports.
- Risk Management: Run risk profiler results via FE Analytics and ensure clients are advised of progress throughout the process.
- Switch Processing: Process and monitor switch directly with providers or electronically via platforms, ensuring client authorisation is received and authentication processes are followed.
- Reporting: Prepare half-yearly valuation reports for issue to clients and provide post-review summary reports.
- Client Support: Complete withdrawal instructions on behalf of clients and ensure any instructions received are confirmed in writing by the client.
