At IDEX Consulting Ltd, we are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Operations: Assist the Office Manager and Financial Planners in providing an efficient, high-quality, and compliant service to clients.
  • New Business Processing: Process new business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare valuation reports, performance documentation, and review checklists for client appointments.
  • Research and Analysis: Run risk profiler results via FE Analytics and produce comprehensive reports to support advisers' recommendations.
  • Client Communication: Ensure clients are advised of progress throughout the process and assist with research and producing FE Analytics fund switch reports.
  • Switch Processing: Process and monitor switches directly with providers or electronically via platforms, ensuring compliance with MIFID II requirements.
  • Reporting and Review: Prepare half-yearly valuation reports for issue to clients and provide post-review summary reports.
  • Client Authorisation: Ensure client authorisation is received to complete switches and follow authentication processes.

Requirements: Previous experience in an IFA environment is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
