About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home
- Take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager
- Monitor and maintain high standards of care and compliance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care delivery and resident outcomes
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve their full potential
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. You will also need to have experience in helping residents with different health needs and a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
