Chroma Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Home Manager to lead a newly established high-end residential care service. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in CQC regulations and experience in launching new care facilities.
About the RoleThe selected candidate will have the opportunity to assemble their own team and oversee the establishment of the service from the ground up. Responsibilities include developing policies and procedures, collaborating with the senior management team, and ensuring the successful operation of the care home.
Key Benefits- 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
