We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering and Bar Team Lead to join our team at CBS Arena. As a key member of our concessions team, you will be responsible for managing the outlet, leading a team of staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the outlet, including team members, stock, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Develop and coach team members to ensure they are briefed and trained.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety, hygiene, and employment law.
  • Deal with customer feedback and complaints, and report any service or quality issues.
  • Manage cash handling and profit control measures within the concessions unit.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of licensing law.
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
