We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Home Manager to lead our team and make a positive impact on the lives of children in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to provide exceptional care and support to children in our residential home.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the home meets the highest standards of care and Ofsted requirements.
- Work closely with the children and their families to understand their needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve the best possible outcomes for the children.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the home is meeting the needs of the children and identify areas for improvement.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
- Full driving licence held for at least 12 months.
- Experience managing a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' children's home within recent Ofsted inspections.
- Positive can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Bonus scheme with up to 10% bonus and annual partnership share scheme.
- Full 2-week induction and 6 months supported induction.
