About the Role:

QA is seeking a Digital Support Apprentice to join their team in Inverness. As a Digital Support Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Log accurate information regarding customer interactions
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate to the relevant team
  • Verify customer identities and review video footage of ANPR cameras
  • Determine whether a contravention has occurred and negotiate payment plans

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and self-motivated attitude

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £22,308 per annum
  • 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday
