About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Support Officer to join our team at Forestry and Land Scotland. As a key member of our Transformation and Corporate Services (TCS) team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of key digital initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, handle documentation, coordinate meetings and events, manage queries, and contribute to the development of departmental procedures.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Understand and document user requirements, manage relationships with digital service providers, and support service level agreements (SLAs).
- IT Hardware Management: Administer and track IT inventory, assist in the deployment and retirement of IT devices, and ensure compliance with cyber resilience standards.
- Digital Development Support: Offer specialist advice on digital estate functionality, monitor compliance with cyber resilience standards, and support training and awareness initiatives.
