Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team at Close Brothers Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our sales team to onboard new clients and set up agreements, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Process new proposals, including checks on anti-money laundering, credit searching, and loading and checking assets.
  • Collate and verify documentation and associated paperwork in a timely manner to ensure client needs are met and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Load finance agreements to our ALFA system, with a full understanding of how each agreement and product works.
  • Assist with client calls, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Receive and respond to client enquiries, addressing them effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all requests are processed in compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and SLAs.
  • Address client complaints in accordance with our policy.
  • Ensure all governance and compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by regulatory bodies are carried out to the required standards.

Requirements

  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive mindset and strong initiative.
  • You will have a high level of numeracy and analytical ability, with experience of working with financial data.
  • You will have a good understanding of the financial services industry and experience of working in a similar operational or customer-facing role.
