Whether it involves single-use medical devices, hospital consumables, cosmetics, or industrial goods, we ensure that every product reaching the end user is safe for utilization or consumption.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

The Warehouse Operator position is crucial to our operations, and you will be part of a team where Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement are core values. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Executing the proper handling and processing of customer goods in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Adhering strictly to Site GMP Quality Standards.
  • Assisting in non-conformance and root cause analysis investigations and documentation.
  • Documenting all damage in accordance with site procedures.
  • Reading Dosimetry to determine the appropriate level of product irradiation – comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Loading and unloading customer products from trailers using a forklift.
  • Managing the loading and unloading of totes (Auto Plant).
  • Aiding in the update of Plant SQDC boards and participating in daily PIT meetings.
  • Identifying, verifying, and labeling customer products while placing the correct dosimeters/BIs as outlined in standard operating procedures.
  • Processing all customer products in line with processing parameters and any specific instructions.
  • Supporting the handover process to ensure compliance with all relevant records and standards.
  • Collaborating with the team to continuously enhance Site 5S Standards throughout the shift.
  • Participating in regular planned 5S audits and addressing follow-up actions.
  • Ensuring that cleaning of areas meets specified standards at the end of each shift and completing the daily cleaning register.
  • Performing secondary duties as per site internal procedures.
  • Counting and recording consumable stock daily, notifying site management when reorder levels are reached.
