WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE POSITION

Join our dedicated team as a Warehouse Operative, where you will be working in a dynamic environment that includes various temperature-controlled areas. Enjoy complimentary meals during your shifts.

Comprehensive Training Provided - No prior experience required

Shift Patterns and Compensation for Warehouse Operative:

  • Day shifts on a 4 on 4 off schedule from 06:00 to 17:30 at £13.81 per hour or
  • Tuesday to Thursday from 06:00 to 18:00 at £12.67 per hour

Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative:

  • Work within a large distribution center, engaging in various tasks across departments, including the recycling section, and operating in chilled or frozen areas with provided PPE.
  • Utilize voice headsets for order picking, RF scanners, and follow documentation for accurate stock management.
  • Handle a range of items, including heavy lifting of various products.
  • Operate LLOP trucks for item retrieval, with training available for those without prior experience.
  • Conduct quality checks on products.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team while also being capable of working independently.
  • Receive thorough training to ensure proficiency in all tasks.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. While previous warehouse experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. We seek individuals who are flexible, punctual, and eager to learn.
