Job Title: Outpatient Sister/Charge Nurse

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Outpatient Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Ophthalmology Diagnostics Team at the Centre of Excellence for Eyes at the Nightingale Hospital.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and managerial leadership to the nursing and multi-professional team
  • Act as a clinical leader and expert practitioner, liaising with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimum patient care
  • Regularly review patient records to evaluate the effectiveness of care planning and delivery
  • Work with the team to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Play a proactive role in quality and service improvement, working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary team
