Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Registered Managers in delivering high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities and/or autism in Cornwall.
- Mobilize our support for more people across the county, supporting their transitions and driving service transformation where required.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to assess opportunities to support more people within the county, including those currently supported Out of Area.
- Collaborate with peers from Discovery and Dimensions in other parts of the country to share knowledge and best practices.
- Experience at middle management level in the social care sector.
- Results-focused with the ability to work proactively, plan, organize, optimize resources, and complete targets within agreed timescales.
- Effective people management skills, including delegating, empowering, motivating, and coaching.
- Demonstrable understanding of the requirements of the CQC and of working in health and social care.
- A salary of up to £62,026.
- Car allowance of £6,000 per annum.
- Up to 35 days' annual leave entitlement (including bank holidays).
