Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and operational leader for the role of Director of Estates and Capital . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Group’s Estates and Capital functions, ensuring alignment with our corporate objectives and strategies. This is a pivotal role that requires a visionary approach to manage our estate effectively and adapt to evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction and advice on estate management.
• Ensure the built environment is safe, sustainable, and fit for the future.
• Oversee governance, service standards, and financial management of Estates and Capital Projects.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health & Safety and risk management.
• Develop and implement strategies that support the Group’s mission and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience required:
• Degree or professional qualification in relevant subject 
• Leadership & Management qualification Level 5+ or significant equivalent experience 
• Proven experience in estates management, capital project oversight, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of governance, sustainability, and compliance issues.
• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
