Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced dealer to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Glasgow Riverboat. As a skilled dealer, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through live gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and welcome customers, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Understand and explain the games, payouts, and benefits to customers
  • Connect with first-time customers, ensuring a seamless gaming experience
  • Follow guidance from the CADS and gaming supervisor to meet table demand and deliver exceptional service
  • Be aware of and promote safer gambling practices, identifying signs of problem gambling and informing a manager

Requirements

  • A PFL holder with a fantastic personality
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexible and able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Applicants must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK
