Job Summary:

Wood is seeking a highly skilled Measurement Allocation and Auditing expert to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our Measurement Allocation and Auditing team, you will play a vital role in pursuing opportunities and providing measurement support, guidance, and training to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a position in the MAA consultancy department and complete various measurement functions simultaneously.
  • Provide measurement support, guidance, and training to clients as required.
  • Work cooperatively within a larger team to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct flow quality measurements using a broad range of technologies.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of ISO, AGA, and AGI measurement standards and calculations.
  • Make sound judgments and reviews based on experience to identify measurement issues.

Requirements:

  • PhD, Degree, or equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • Significant industry experience, specifically in Flow Measurement, and a recognized expert in the Industry.
  • Strong understanding of measurement and analyzers application, sampling and laboratory analysis, flow calculations, phase behavior and PVT applications, multiphase and wet gas metering, well-test design and validation, uncertainty analysis, equipment testing and qualification, and industry standards.
  • Commercial support for production agreements and regulatory permits.
  • Allocation disputes investigation and reporting.
  • Process simulation modeling.
