Chief Executive Officer

Our client, a renowned Housing Association, seeks a visionary leader to drive organizational excellence and propel the organization towards its strategic goals. The successful candidate will possess a strong track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams, driving change, and developing strategic visions that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Overall leadership and management of the Association, focusing on achieving strategic goals.
- Developing and proposing strategies for endorsement and ensuring delivery of approved policies.
- Progressing an improvement programme to tackle forthcoming opportunities and challenges.
- Cultivating a positive culture of organizational excellence in equality, performance, quality of services, financial and organizational viability.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in a senior management position, preferably in a not-for-profit organization or the public sector. They will demonstrate expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams, driving organizational change, and developing strategic visions. Additionally, they will possess excellent analytical skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the ability to develop and implement a strategic vision that aligns with the organization's mission and objectives.
