Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Hull Junction. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Deputy or Store Manager.
- Involved in all aspects of store operations, including recruitment, stock control, and store standards.
- Empower your team to maximize sales and performance across all primary KPIs.
- Inspire your team, inject fun into the workplace, and create a fantastic place to shop and work.

Requirements
- Experienced in working within the retail sector with a minimum of 6 months hands-on supervisory/management experience.
- Flexible and able to work a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week.
- Passionate for retail and has a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
- Ready to take on 6 months of industry-leading training covering all the key aspects of the role, handling and caring for Pets, Customer Service, and Health and Safety.
