About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team at The Nelson Inn in Harrogate. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Pub Manager in leading the team and running the pub, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage busy services and plan and run special events
  • Welcome and look after customers, ensuring their needs are met
  • Train and lead the bar/waiting team
  • Decide on beers, gins, and wines to offer and plan events
