We focus on the residential sector, from house conversions, HMO properties, student accommodation, commercial conversions, one off house designs and developer housing.

Main Responsibilities:

Administrative:

  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing tasks, aiding the design team with organizational tasks.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication to clients.
  • Controlling and managing in-house project management software.

Marketing:

  • Help maintain and update the company website and profiles.
  • Assist with scheduling and creation of content.
  • Producing marketing campaigns and content with assistance from the design team.
  • Direct communication with potential leads.
  • Communication with existing clients for regular updates and potential opportunities.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Previous experience in administrative and/or marketing roles is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and self-review skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of the architectural industry is preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience with marketing tools desired but not essential (Mailchimp, Photoshop, social media platforms).
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and creative person would suit this role ideally.
